Shipping & Returns *We do not offer Refunds, Store Credit Only* Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout. Only one coupon code is allowed per order (On the website). There are no returns on preorders. Jewelry, Makeup junkie, hats, swim wear, intimates, inspired items, shoes, holiday items are all final sale. Shipping: Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. Once a package leaves our shop we have no control over them. Please know when we track your package we see the same information you do. Orders are typically processed and shipped out within just 24 hours of payment (M-F)! If you entered the wrong shipping address please contact us via email ASAP at email@example.com. If this issue is not caught in time the buyer is responsible for shipping charges once the package comes back to our shop. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Please Contact You Local Post Office For Assistance In Locating Your Package. Returns: To initiate a return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org (include your order number) simply return your unused item in its original condition with tags still attached within 7 days of receiving your package and we will provide you with store credit/size exchange minus our shipping and handling cost. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. When you return your unused item please leave a note inside your package with your order number, size exchange or store credit. Return Address: Attn: Returns 23411 Harpergate Dr. Spring, Tx 77373 We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. All returned items must still have tags on them. No exceptions. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn or that have stains, dog hair, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant or any other odors will not qualify for return. Any item that has been worn one time will not be accepted Store Credit: Please allow up to 48 Hours to receive your Store Credit via email. Colors and patterns may very slightly depending on computer/phone screens. This does not qualify as a defect and buyer must pay return shipping. SALES of 15% or more are FINAL SALE as we are trying to move merchandise to make room for new items! We will not accept any returns from sales. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for protection. Damaged shoe boxes will not be accepted. If shoe boxes are sent back with stickers or shipping labels on them they will automatically be disqualified as a return. If you send back any item that does not qualify for return you will be responsible to pay a return shipping charge of $5.
In store pickup: Online orders chosen to be picked up in store must be picked up within 30 days. Once 30 days is reached we will send you an invoice for shipping. We do not store items for over 30 days as space is limited.
